Pioneer Villa
Located in Plamondon, this 8 unit housing project provides affordable accommodation for senior citizens who are functionally independent. No housingkeeping or meal services are provided. Lawn and grounds maintenance is done by the foundation staff.
Eligibility Criteria

Individuals must be 65 years of age or older (Couples are eligible if at least one of them meets the age criteria)

All individuals must be Canadian Citizens or have landed immigrant status

All individuals must be functionally independent.
Current Monthly Rates
Rent is based on 30% of your monthly income and includes heat, water, fridge and stove. Electricty, telephone and laundry are the responsibility of the tenant.
